Service Provided

Tennis Motion Lab offers video-based tennis coaching services. By purchasing a product, you agree to submit your video recording(s) for analysis according to the instructions provided after checkout.

Delivery

• Basic and Premium Analyses are delivered within 3–5 business days.
• The 3-Stroke Pack is delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary slightly due to workload or technical issues.

Refunds

As each service is a personalized coaching product, refunds are not available once the analysis has been delivered. If you encounter an issue, please contact us at 📧 tennis.coaching29@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing clear and usable video footage.
• Please follow the filming guidelines (side view, landscape mode, 30–60 seconds).
• Tennis Motion Lab cannot be held responsible for poor analysis results due to unusable or incomplete videos.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Payhip and Stripe/PayPal.

If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

Image Rights & Use of Videos

• All videos submitted remain private and are used exclusively for delivering your personal analysis.
• Videos will never be shared publicly without your prior written consent.
• With your consent, Tennis Motion Lab reserves the right to use excerpts or screenshots of your analyzed videos (with annotations) for promotional purposes on the website, social media, or marketing materials.

We collect customer details at checkout (Full Name, Email, Country, Stroke(s) to Analyze, Additional Notes) to deliver the coaching service.

Submitted videos are treated as confidential. They are not shared with anyone outside Tennis Motion Lab unless you provide written consent for promotional use.
